This role is more of a Customer Service/Jr. Data Analyst role.

Summary: Technical Customer Service Agent delivering a best in class customer service experience to all Treasury Solutions clients. He/she will be the primary point of contact for a project initiative requiring transmission technical experience; working closely with Clients, Sales and Core Product Management. This candidate will be supporting the File Gateway Security Settings upgrade and registration campaign for our Transmission Partner Management application through email exchanges and both inbound and outbound calling efforts.
Entry level with 2 years customer service in a Call Center and/or Help Desk environment, speaking with Commercial/Corporate clients who require technical application support. This person will be receiving and initiating calls and exchanging emails with clients who have questions regarding updates to the File Gateway Security Settings and registration in our Transmission Partner Engagement Management application.
Skills and Competencies: Candidates must also have a polished phone voice, good written and verbal communication skills, pay close attention to detail, organizational skills, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information and interactions. Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook, Excel and Access, Windows based applications, Oracle or data entry software. Must have analytical skills and be able to understand/transfer key concepts between systems.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service support to our customers related to our security setting update and new Partner Engagement Manager registration. Diagnose, prioritize, resolve and/or escalate all technical, system, or procedural issues related to the security updates and new system registration requirements. Review/Analyze multiple data sources and compare information in multiple systems.
