Experience with Server networking, User Management, Security, Firewalls.

Review server logs and identify root causes.

Support Installations, odbc configurations, upgrades and testing.

Monitoring Server performance and events.

Process automation using scripts.

Familiarity with BI Platforms – Architecture, Deployments, User management, API.

AWS working knowledge.
