Client is implementing a new system (FTI - Fusion Trade & LoanIQ) this is replacing ACI's Bank Trade System.
The ideal candidate will be a self starter and have experience with "Letter of credit" and/or "Trade Finance". In lieu of this the manager may consider someone who has experience with all of these skills: accounting, analytical skills and banking.
Responsible for developing and executing project related test plans in order to identify defect and remediation.
Education/Experience: Associates degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field, or equivalent work experience preferred. Specialization in Trade Finance and Bank Operations is desired.
Skills and Competencies:
• Trade Finance product knowledge/experience
• Bank Trade or FBTI application knowledge or similar Trade Finance application knowledge.
• Project experience
• HP ALM experience or similar defect tracking software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Must have a strong command of the English language written and oral. Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. Capable of reading and comprehending business requirements documents, writing clear and well-structured test scenarios and working with business partners to execute.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures. Test system modifications to prepare for implementation. Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios or usability. Document defects using HP ALM and report defects to developers. Identify, analyze and document problems with system function, output, online screens or content. Monitor defect resolution efforts and track successes. Create or maintain test defect tracking. Plan testing to align with project scope and delivery dates. Any additional functions deemed necessary by management
