Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
Writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users. Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Work with the technical team to review Jira user stories and acceptance criteria. Working knowledge of Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, Agile and waterfall methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple stakeholders
