"Slide Decks" are common in this field. The HM will be evaluating the level of creativity of the samples candidates provide.
* The role will require the first two weeks to be onsite (training) and then there is flexibility to work remote
* This role will focus on internal communications for the NextGen Tech Project.
*HM seeking someone to develop the strategy, writing, and creative aspects of this program.
*Writing samples required with resumes (creative slide decks would be great. NO press releases)
* Interview Process: Onsite will include an activity for the candidate. This may include simplifying jargon, deciphering language, and the HM will be looking for someone to probe and "ask the right questions".
The Strategic Comms Partner develops and manages communications plans for various strategic corporate and business line initiatives. Areas of responsibility include internal business line-specific or initiative-specific communications and colleague engagement activities. This role integrates and coordinates messages across audiences and channels ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and brand.
Communications Management and Execution – Develops and executes communications planning efforts for assigned projects/programs. This includes integration of strategy, planning and messages across divisions to develop project-specific strategic communications capability. This role must ensure project strategy alignment with overall corporate communications strategy and always determine success metrics to measure impact.
High School Degree or Equivalent (GED)
Preferred: Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years working on an internal communications team
5+ years project management experience
