Project Analyst
Location: on soite in Johnston, RI
Duration: 12 months


Strong with Financial management. Project experience is good. Need someone with the ability to manage budgets across multiple projects. Team uses Excel and Oracle to track budgets. Candidate MUST have strong Excel skills, Advanced level candidates only.

Financial Project Management
• Responsible for contributing to the financial health of the Infrastructure Services related projects
• Produce financial reports & any additional Ad Hoc reporting as requested
• Possess an understanding of basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and ability to make decisions accordingly
• Ensure project legal documents comply with governance rules.
• Possess a strong understanding of project lifecycles and associated costs
• Support key Project Finance process improvements such as standardized reporting, governance and forecast initiatives
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced and complex team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence without authority among cross functional teams and business partners
• Demonstrate history of resourcefulness and problem solving, and the ability to work both independently and as a dynamic member of cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
• Maintain Infrastructure Services Project Financials
• Ability to analyze BAU (cost of running departments), revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization

Daily functions to include by not limited to:
• Analyze project budget & schedule variances and variance trending
• Maintaining project budgets
• Communicate regularly with PM to anticipate project costs
• Pulling financial reporting throughout the month
• Maintaining and updating forecasts for project and run rate spend
• Entering all Purchase Requisitions for responsible stakeholders, tracking approvals
• Process all necessary project reclasses
• Tracking Invoices and ensuring proper transfer of funds
• Execute all SOW/Lease documentation through the procurement/legal process
• Track SOW and Lease agreements for strategic funding plan
• Project variance reporting

Qualified Applicants:
Bachelors degree or business experience equivalent
Budgets and financial Experience 3+ years
Project Experience 2-3 years
Ability to work on a variety of projects and teams within Infrastructure Services
Infrastructure Technology experience a plus
Banking industry experience a plus

Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced Excel
Computer Proficiency
Oracle Financial/P2P
Sharepoint Administration
Planview experience a plus
