Program Analyst / PA-Reporting (PA060319A)

As a Program Analyst, with a focus on reporting, and part of a highly skilled, dedicated PMO team focused on delivering challenging, high value programs. This role supports the planning and execution of multiple programs and projects, requires a strong user focus, and is accountable for schedule and quality of all program elements.
Partner with program sponsors, managers, and project managers to plan, track and execute complex, cross organizational programs while maintaining focus on implementing the right things, at the right time, and with the highest levels of quality.
Responsibilities
  • Create Management progress reports and advisory papers for Program Governance Board and Steering Committee
  • Support Technical Track Manager deliver the Program Objectives to specification, on-time and to budget
  • Work with Technical Track Managers to manage RAIDC inquiries, challenges and business events are addressed
  • Provide Track Coordination, documentation and be the “go to” place for all matters relating to the Program
  • Support Track Plan development and create milestone reports
  • Identify, agree, report and manage Risks, Assumptions,Issues, Dependencies and Changes via RAIDC Tracker
  • Facilitate risk conversations and manage the scheduled RAIDC Reviews
  • Manage Track change requests through the program change process
  • Manage Track communications and key stakeholders
  • Documentation standards,configuration, SharePoint administration and customization
  • Update the Master Schedule
  • Coordinate and schedule deliverables at a global and regional level (where required)
  • Ensure Track interdependencies are identified and satisfied
  • Verify completion of Atrack billing for all program resources
  • Manage Track level tracking of resources, decisions, actions, budget, learning and benefits
  • Identify and execute program consulting interventions in tooling, automation and process improvement
Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Information Technology, or Business Administration. Advance degree a plus
  • 3-5 years of work experience, 1-2 years of project or program management
  • Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for programs and projects.
  • Lead a team of creative professionals in a studio-style technical program office
  • Interested in building new program processes
  • Motivated to support and coach project managers and project coordinators
  • Be a team player in a team of creative professionals operating as a project manager or technical program office
  • Specific reporting and tracking duties introducing improvements week by week
  • Desire to become a master user of MS Project (don’t need to be there yet but must be a desire)
  • Interested in building new program processes
  • Willing to gain familiarity with program management methods
  • Outgoing, highly organized, persistent, and tenacious; able to deal with uncertainty and change.
  • Self-starter, inquisitive and able to quickly understand new processes, methodologies and systems.
  • Advanced organizational, interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills which can be comfortably applied across management levels.
