Senior BSA for the Infolease 10 Conversion and Upgrade Project
  1. Subject matter expertise
  2. Knowledge transfer about the Infolease application and the overall project scope
  3. Review of the release notes provided by the vendor for Infolease 10
  4. A summary of defect fixes and functional changes that are within the project scope
  5. High-level business requirements related to the conversion and upgrade
  6. Assistance with creating the Business Requirements Document generated from HP ALM
  7. Database field mapping validation
  8. Assistance with Systems Integration Testing performed by the  testing team (TCoE)
  9. Assistance with test case review and documentation in HP ALM
  10. Review of documentation, as requested
  11. On-site subject matter expertise during User Acceptance Testing
Knowledge of leasing experience is a must. none of the current candidates have and manager needs new candidates with this skill set ASAP.

The project is Database conversion - flat file to Relational Database (SQL or Oracle TBD)
The ideal candidate will have experience with complex leasing projects (ie fleets or aircraft, buildings)
The candidate will compile and document requirements for all aspects of the project. 
Be involved in system integration testing, with the guidance of the test team - defect and traceability testing.
Business line SME's will work side by side with the candidate
Currently a Solutions Architect is working on choosing which DB will be used (SQL or Oracle)

Responsible for working with complex information systems and develops or modifies existing systems through analysis of business and user needs. Education/ Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related field. 8+ years related experience. Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have a strong command of the English languag written and oral. Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to resolve minor conflicts/issues using different tactics for prior to escalation. Knowledge of cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment and quantification methodologies. Demonstrated ability in the following methods: interviewing, data modeling, business process modeling, business object modeling and user interface design. Knowledge of computer software. Ability to work independently. Organized with strong time management. Teamwork and Cooperation. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Under supervision, coordinates detailed business requirements while identifying and tracking business systems issues. Research and document sponsor/stakeholder needs in accordance with Project Life Cycle methodology utilizing reporting tools, requirements gathering methodologies, process models, data models and prototypes. Estimate activities required to perform requirements gathering and acceptance testing improving accuracy over time. Recommend business solutions that satisfy sponsor/stakeholder needs continually exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients. May complete end user documentation and prepare training material. Execute and document test plans to ensure quality. Perform unit testing and integration testing. Troubleshoot problems with systems. Maintain systems to optimize performance. Document systems.
