This role works collaboratively with business, technology and third party stakeholders across the organization on several simultaneous initiatives to: enable business line strategy, protect the bank and improve the colleague and customer experience. Critical aspects of this role is to assess risks with a risk-based approach, focusing on the most critical assets, systems and business processes, conduct end-to-end risk assessments to ascertain a clear view of a business line’s overall security posture, including risks that threaten the business, prioritize security risks that threaten strategic business and technology initiatives, while proactively working to identify mitigate the underlying risks to increase predictability and reduce uncertainty to business operations, facilitate the end-to-end convergence of c in all aspects of technology, business processes, and operations to provide robust security capabilities and eliminate security gaps and drive security requirements, understanding the Agile framework and how the security support functions best operate to meet the overall security needs of each Agile team and the products they support. Preferred Skills and Experience: 7 or more years in system security, controls, or information management experience, leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to direct and influence stakeholders up through senior levels within the organization, understanding and experience with cloud deployment models and delivery or service models (IAAS PAAS SAAS), cloud infrastructure and key considerations related to migrating to cloud computing, familiarity with architectural principles SDLC models including Agile, familiarity with Security Control organizations such as NIST, CSA, CIS, ISO, FFIEC, GLBA, PCI, etc. and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to negotiate, influence and build consensus through the use of positive and collaborative communication.
CISSP and other related certification preferred
